Sales Director
Commission-Based Role | Earn up to $350,000+ per year
At Alchemy Recruitment, we’re on a mission to take our business to the next level, and we need a driven, results-oriented Sales Director to help us get there. This is a fully remote role, where you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact and earn a significant income based on your success.
If you're a hunter—someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and driving revenue—we want to hear from you. In this commission-based role, you’ll have the chance to earn 35% of the revenue from the roles you bring in and close, which includes a payout of $1500 per role deposit.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Sales Initiatives: Drive the sales process, from qualifying and developing leads to closing deals. You’ll be working closely with the business owners to build new business and expand existing relationships.
Build Strong Client Relationships: You’ll be building long-term relationships with clients, managing their expectations, and ensuring high satisfaction. We work primarily on a contingency basis, which means securing a deposit before we start working on any role.
Work with a Talented Team: Once a role is secured, one of our expert recruiters will take over to fill it. After the role is filled, you’ll earn your commission based on the percentage discussed, with payment coming through within 30 days.
Set Goals and Drive Growth: As a key member of the team, you’ll help set and drive sales targets, explore new markets (including international), and work closely with partners to expand our reach. You’ll also be tasked with identifying new business opportunities, solving client challenges, and recommending tailored solutions.
Qualifications
A Proven Hunter: You thrive on prospecting and bringing in new business. You’re comfortable working on commission and motivated to close deals.
Goal-Oriented: You know how to set ambitious goals, track progress, and exceed expectations. You’re committed to your success and ready to build a thriving business alongside us.
Relationship Builder: You can connect with clients on a deep level, understand their needs, and provide solutions that deliver value. You’re experienced in building long-term relationships with both clients and partners.
Sales Experience: Ideally, you have previous sales experience in the recruitment industry or similar fields, and you’re comfortable working with senior-level executives to secure new business.
What You’ll Earn:
35% commission on the roles you bring in and close, including any client deposits (a typical range for commissions could put you on track to earn up to $350,000 annually).
