With over 15 years in recruitment, I’ve had the privilege of hiring for some of the world’s largest companies, including TikTok, Instacart, PayPal, Grammarly and the list goes on. My journey began as a refugee in Canada at 16, where I discovered my talent for connecting with people. Growing up in a new country while learning a different language is always challenging, but I’ve known from an early age that I would make a difference in people’s lives and I have the privilege of doing that every day.
Starting my career hiring door-to-door salespeople, I progressed my career from a junior recruiter to VP of Global Talent Attraction and Acquisition, overseeing global RPO internal hiring across regions in the UAE, EMEA, America, Canada, Latin America, and APAC. I’ve hired hundreds of executives and collaborated with top leaders worldwide.
I believe that finding the best talent requires authenticity, urgency, and strong relationships. A single connection can change the course of a company, team, lifetime and career.
